Golden Strings 2023

Process: A blend of 1, 2 and 3 year old golden ales brewed with malted barley and raw wheat. Spontaneously fermented and aged in neutral French oak barrels. Refermented on Yellow Pershore plums grown in Worcestershire, and Sunny Cot apricots grown on the Isle of Wight. Finished in freshly emptied brandy barrels.

Conditioning: Packaged with a small amount of priming sugar for natural carbonation in the bottle. We do not add yeast at this point, or at any point in the process. Bottles laid to rest on their sides and conditioned until release.

Ingredients: Barley malt, raw wheat, aged hops, plum, apricot, water.

Brew season: 2020/2021, 2021/2022, 2022/2023

ABV: 7.5%
