The taproom
is open.
Tucked into a working farm, surrounded by barrels, fields and the quiet rhythm of the Blendery. Drink Crossover beers fresh from the cellar, pick up bottles to take home, and spend a slower weekend afternoon with friends.
Not a typical brewery taproom.
We make wild, fruit-led and barrel-aged beers, shaped by time, oak, fermentation and the seasons. Some are bright and refreshing. Some are deeper, sharper or more complex. The taproom is the best place to explore them properly.
Expect pale ales, fruit beers straight from our barrels, occasional guest pours, plus wine and cider by the glass. Ask questions, try something new, or simply settle in with a drink at the farm. Dogs welcome, kids welcome, and outdoor seating when the weather allows.
Open every weekend.
No booking is needed for regular taproom weekends. Just come along, grab a drink and settle in.

Fresh beer, bottles and mixed cases.
The taproom isn’t just a place to drink, it’s a good place to choose bottles to take home. Find something you like and you can usually pick up individual bottles, mixed cases and gift packs from the Blendery. Our larger bottles are made for sharing, and a mixed case is often the easiest way in if you’re not sure where to start.
Inside the big wooden barn.
We’re based at Lannock Farm in Weston, near Hitchin in North Hertfordshire. Once you’re on site, you’ll spot the barrels.
Close to Hitchin, Letchworth, Baldock and Stevenage, with access from the A1 and A505. Parking available on site.

Direct on Thameslink from London St Pancras to Hitchin (about 30 mins). Nearest stations: Hitchin, Letchworth, Baldock and Stevenage; taxis are usually available.
The 55 bus runs between Stevenage and Letchworth stations, stopping at Lannock Hill (about a 10 minute walk). The on-demand Herts Lynx app also covers the area.
Some weekends there’s more on.
