Brewery Taproom near Hitchin

Visit the Crossover Blendery taproom at Lannock Farm, near Hitchin in Hertfordshire.

We are tucked away on a working farm in Weston, surrounded by barrels, fields and the quiet rhythm of the Blendery. The taproom is where you can drink Crossover beers fresh from the cellar, pick up bottles to take home and spend a slower weekend afternoon with friends.

Crossover is not a typical brewery taproom. We make wild, fruit led and barrel aged beers shaped by time, oak, fermentation and the seasons. Some are bright and refreshing. Some are deeper, sharper or more complex. The taproom is the best place to explore them properly.

If you are looking for craft beer near Hitchin, our taproom gives you a chance to try Crossover beers where they are made.

Expect pale ales, fruit beers from our barrels, occasional guest pours, wine and cider by the glass. You can ask questions, try something new, or simply settle in with a drink at the farm.

Some weekends are calm and easy going. Others bring food, music, DJs or special events to Lannock Farm. Dogs are welcome, kids are welcome, and there is outdoor seating when the weather allows.

Weekend opening hours

The taproom is open every weekend.

Saturday: 11am to 7pm
Sunday: 11am to 5pm

No booking is needed for regular taproom weekends. Just come along, grab a drink and settle in.

Opening times can occasionally change for private events or special weekends, so please check our Events page or Instagram before making a special journey.

Fresh beer, bottles and mixed cases

The taproom is not just a place to drink. It is also a good place to choose bottles to take home.

If you find something you like, you can usually pick up individual bottles, mixed cases and gift packs from the Blendery. Our larger bottles are made for sharing, and a mixed case is often the easiest way to explore Crossover if you are not sure where to start.

You can also shop our beers online, including individual bottles, mixed cases and gifts for curious drinkers.
