Shipping policy

We will ship via DHL’s next day service on a day specified prior to the release of the beer.

We now also offer a local delivery service to customers living in Hertfordshire. This will be through Beer Shop Hitchin and be delivered on the same day as our DHL orders unless specified otherwise.

If the beer is on ‘pre-order’, we will specify a future date on which the beer will be shipped.  

Please ensure you choose the correct shipping option at checkout. If not, we will have to organise additional payment/refund before the beers can be sent.

Delivery is free for orders over £100

Free Collection

If you are local to Crossover Blendery you can choose the free collection service at checkout.  Orders placed utilising this free service can be collected from the Blendery on Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:00. We will contact you individually to organise a time.

The Blendery address is Lannock Manor Farm, Hitchin Road, Weston, Hitchin, SG4 7EE. When you arrive at the farm you will see signs for the Blendery.

If you would like someone to pick up your order from the Blendery on your behalf, please ensure they are over 18 (and have ID to prove it), have proof of purchase and order number.

International Delivery

Unfortunately we cannot offer international delivery at this time but this is something we are looking to do in the future.

AGE RESTRICTION

You must be 18 or older to purchase alcohol in the UK. It is an offence for persons under 18 years old to purchase or attempt to purchase alcohol.  By placing an order and making payment for an alcoholic beverage on our website, you are accepting these terms and conditions and confirming that you are aged 18 and over.

Deliveries must be accepted by a person aged 18 or older. If our couriers are in any doubt about the age of the recipient on delivery, they will request some form of ID. We reserve the right to cancel the delivery if the age and identity of the recipient is in doubt.

RESTRICTION ON SALES/DELIVERIES

The sale will be declined if the person making a phone order sounds under the influence of either drugs or alcohol.

Delivery/collection will be refused if the recipient appears to be under the influence of either drugs or alcohol.

Deliveries will not be made to public places such as parks, roadsides or landmarks. Delivery can only be made to a home or business address given at the time of the order.

Acceptable form of ID being passport, photographic drivers licence and PASS accredited photo identification cards.
